Established in the heart of Burgundy, our cooperage overlooks the vineyards of the Côte Chalonnaise. We have representatives on every continent where vinification takes place.


Thanks to our reasonable size, we are able to maintain a close relationship with our customers and suppliers. Furthermore, we use a variety of methods to keep our staff aware of our corporate culture all year round (training, barrel tastings, market studies, etc.).


At the Tonnellerie de Mercurey, quality is not a word devoid of meaning. Each operation is controlled on the work floor, barrel by barrel, according to strict specifications. Regular barrel tastings and visits to our customers' cellars help us to keep track of the evolution of our barrels. With each year that goes by, our cooperage reinforces its reputation for reliability.
